Our own welding school
Welding is our profession. We are happy to teach you all about it. Elektrolas has its own welding school where we maintain or improve the level of welding technology within your company. Our NIL manual welding courses are distinguished by their perfect match with the actual needs of production companies and their employees.
Our welding school is professionally furnished and equipped with modern equipment. Our experienced teachers teach in small groups of up to 9 people. In addition, we offer further professional deepening. A unique feature, for example, is the teaching part in a destructive testing laboratory.
Handcraftmanship training
Hand skills combined with theoretical knowledge provide a good quality basic level for the welder.
We educate in the following welding courses
- MIG/MAG level 1 to 4
- TIG level 1 to 4
- TIG stainless steel pipe level 1 and 2
- BMBE level 1 to 4
- Hygienic welding
During training, a visit is made to a destructive testing lab, here materials that welders deal with every day are tested.

Theoretical welding training
There are constantly new developments in welding technology, whether in standards, techniques, materials or processes. If you want to deepen or broaden your knowledge, you can take various framework training courses at Elektrolas.
We provide training for the following managerial positions:
- Welding Specialist (IWS)
- Master Welder (IWP)
- Visual welding inspector (VT)
- Welding coordinator (EWCP)
All our theoretical courses are offered in accordance with the quality requirements and regulations of the Netherlands Institute for Welding Technology and the diplomas to be obtained are European or internationally recognised.
