In our logistics process, we are taking steps to deliver orders based on our customers needs. For some, it is important that the order is delivered quickly. For others, personal contact is important wich creates the opportunity to think along with them about how processes can be better, smarter and safer.
 

In what way and how often are your welders' welding helmets cleaned? There is one reason why it is important to do this regularly: hygiene. Elektrolas can take care of this for you. We clean your welding helmets, but we can also return them refurbished. Besides cleaning, we also replace parts that cannot be cleaned.

To clean the welding helmet, we use an ultrasonic cleaner. The helmet is placed in a bath with a special cleaning solution. The high-frequency vibrations loosen the dirt and contamination from the welding helmet. It is an effective and thorough way, without using harsh chemicals or mechanical cleaning techniques that can damage the welding helmet.
